Developing HOT-LAB-Based Physics Practicum E-Module to improve Practicing critical thinking skills

Practicum activity is a scientific process to find out phenomenon or validate concept. HOT-LAB in laboratory activities useful improving 4C skills, including Critical Thinking Skills. The number of Modules E-Modules that use cookbook guided inquiries was less increase the Skills supporting 21st Century skills. This study aimed design, create and effect using HOT-LAB-based improve students’ research method ADDIE RnD. Invalidation stage, E-Module validated by material media validators, stated effective, so it feasible continue data collection students. Data used 30 students as subjects whose raw analyzed statistical tests. obtained validity score 83.33% on validation 84.6% validation. Moreover, test showed there significant change implementing E-Module, which means improved students'
